Frequently asked questions

Learn more about purchasing original paintings, placing custom commissions, and our careful packaging and shipping process.

How does the custom commission process work?

We begin with a consultation to discuss your preferred color schemes, dimension requirements, and stylistic preferences. Once the direction is set, you receive progress updates until your custom piece is finished and ready for delivery.

Are certificates of authenticity provided?

Yes, all original artworks from The Mojo Collection come signed by the artist and include an official certificate of authenticity detailing title, date, medium, and size.

Do you ship original paintings safely?

Every artwork is carefully packed using archival materials, sturdy corner protectors, and heavy-duty crating or boxes. Full tracking and insurance are included on every order.

Can I preview artwork in my room before buying?

Yes! Simply email a well-lit photo of your wall along with dimensions, and we will create a digital mockup showing your chosen artwork to scale in your space.

What mediums and materials do you use?

We work predominantly with premium acrylics, oils, and mixed media on gallery-wrapped Belgian linen or heavy canvas, sealed with professional UV-protective varnish.
